I want one that does most of the things that you would want in a video editing software. One where I can play songs in the background, filter, do cool effects on, anything better than Windows Movie Maker! I cant stand it. I have a PC with Vista, and i want a good free video making software! I do have BitTorrent as well, so feel free to mention things to download off of that.
