This person really knows her way around the computer – operating systems, Microsoft Office, downloading, virtual machines, knows hardware, pretty good in troubleshooting. She has some technical training, but does not type fast enough for data entry. She would work well in an environment if told what to do on a daily basis. However, most jobs expect the potential employee to basically take charge and have great communication skills – working with customers, fellow employees, vendors, phone work. How does one go about finding a job like this without the great commmunciation skills? Are there any behind the scene jobs?
