I’m sorry to join in THIS parade, but I agree with those who have advised you that you will not be happy shooting wildlife with a camera that $350 can buy. Either spend your money on a decent point and shoot and consider yourself lucky if you ever get a nice image of the flora and fauna or save for another year and buy an SLR which will be capable of doing what you are looking for.
If you just can’t wait, look for a Canon Powershot S3-IS, which is right in the ballpark for your budget. It’s not what you would call a fast camera, but it does offer a continuous mode and a pretty long telephoto lens. It is what it is, but it’s your best bet for happiness in your price range.
