I think you are mistake if you said that google adsense just approve a blog who have own domain name. I have three blog with blogspot, like: http://www.all-iknow.blogspot.com . It is not own domain. But i have google adsense.
There are some trick when you want to apply google adsense.
1. Your blog must be in english language.
2. Your blog have a good contain.
3. “Don’t use http://www.google.com/adsense when you want to register, but use a link in your blogger account.

Of course Google Adsense can be used with a Blogger blog. Look at mine: traveling-family.blogspot.com. I also added an article below that gives tips on how to make more money with Google Adsense.
