I’m looking for a program that is able to shut down other programs within a second.
I’m often stuck on a crashed program that WILL NOT disappear from my taskbar, even if I say ‘end process’. It will lag my whole computer and stays like that for maybe an hour – unless I of course restart.
So is there a program where I can just shut down these crashed programs that won’t go away?

Use Windows Task Manager. It will pop up when you hit ctrl-alt-del. You can go into the processes and shut them down manually.
