I have made a word document containing a JPG file and speechbubbles. When i sent it to someone she said that she could only see the speechbubbles. Is there someone that can help me fix this problem? I’d be grateful.

You can’t “make” other people be able to see jpegs in email. I can’t. I have to save them to my hard drive, then I can open them. Email programs, even Outlook like I have, simply don’t have the tools to open jpegs. Or .gif, or .tif or any other suffix regarding pictures.
