   There are so many factors that can influence this.
   A couple of examples:
   Amount of system memory can be different.
   A slower or faster processor in one machine
   Used software
   Which internet provider or connection speed you have
   They can be the same – but in reality to have more or less identical systems will prove to be difficult.
   Unless you get 2 the same from the shop, and connect both at home.

   Its probably has virus that’s why my old computer was so slow.

   Because computers can have different processing speeds AND it also depends on what internet service you have, what computer you have. Even high speed services can vary (i.e. Cable, vs. satellite, vs. DSL, etc.), and internet traffic, clouds (technically speaking), etc. There can be many variables that can affect the way a video is viewed. Computers and computer specifications can’t all be the same. Price plays a part in what people purchase, along with age of computer.

   The differences is just the speed,Dial-up is sucks cannot play or view
   videos,very slow too,just like i have now.DSL is a lot better,fast and convenient.

   Is it the bandwidth? Check with your internet service provider. You might have to have your service upgraded.
