I mean that our own memory, in and outboxes are as large as the stuff they contain so why do we need computers to store stuff that is already stored ?

Our brains are not “superior” to computers: they are very different and work in totally different manner.
Our brains have billions of neurones, but we do not “calculate” as such: we have memorised techniques and tables, but that is all.
Computers can make billions mathematical operations per second, we can barely do a few: they are faster than us at “calculating”.
We can memorise many things, but we also forget. We often have difficulties in “retrieving” some memories. Computers “memorise” much better than we do. Computer retrieve data in nanoseconds, whatever the size of the storage (providing, of course, it has been correctly programmed).
We recognise a face, even with a disguise, while a computer cannot (not very well anyway).
We can read and speak, learn new languages: computers can’t…
We have reflexes that allow us to avoid low-speed collisions, but computers will calculate the risks and take actions several millions times FASTER than us.
Whatever we do, any computer programmed to do our tasks are much faster than us.

allow me to frighten you.
The planet is tiny. the universe is vast. We know this.
but we always have a sub concious reason for our actions. We made the computer to better understand our vast and limitless minds. with the theory of hubble volumes, you can understand a computer:
Our universe embodies one choice for every moment we make. Billions of other universes hold these other choices we could have made. A computer has the power to run and show many different results to different actions. Hence we try to understand our very existance with an electronic brain, which in truth is no better than a dead rabbit’s intelligence compared to our own untapped pieces.

Would you trust the teller at your bank to remember your account balance? To add your new deposit properly and remember the new balance? What if you want to go to a different branch, or an ATM 1000 miles away at 3AM? Of course, banking did exist prior to computers, it just wasn’t as convenient.

i can think of a few reasons.
1.) we can’t play WoW on our brains
2.) we can’t connect with eachother on facebook in our brains
3.) we can’t watch porn with our brains
4.) some people just don’t have that good enough memory
5.) did i mention we can’t play WoW on our brains?

Somewhere I’ve read that a human brain memory capacity that is used is equal of about 1.5TB memory. So figure it out/ In abstract thinking (artificial inteligence) who knows, maybe they’ll match us in a few years

I personally believe, one day computer will reign over human.

the brain is only limited to thinking and learning. you cant play games, or go on the internet with your brain
