when u start ur computer press F8 to start ur computer in safe mode. when the computer starts in safe mode u can restore ur system easily

OR
when u start ur computer press Alt+Ctrl+Delete. this will open task manager then select “file” option move ur cursor to “new” this will open a new window from there, go to ur C:// drive then in windows folder. find the file named “explorer” & then press enter this will open the new window. frm here search for file “system restore” in drive C://. when u find it u just hav to double click on it and ur computer is ready for restore

Try booting into the safe mode options by pressing F8 during boot. If this does not work you may need to re-install the system.
