Then the permissions are set on that 1 group in the security policy on the servers. These settings are what limit you to not being able to install/uninstall.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s probably a feature in Windows. The school sets up an administrator account, then creates student/guest accounts. They set the security options so students don&#039;t get privileges for installing things and such. This prevents students from having too much access to the hard drive and doing potentially malicious things.</description>

They don&#039;t use a so called program. The administrator(s) have full access while they give the students limited access. Normally in a situation as described they give them read permission only. They do this through the operating system.
