I currently have a wireless home network with 3 different computers on it. I would like each computer to have a totally different external ip address, as if they were each located in totally different places. Is there any way of doing this without using a proxy server( I don’t want to slow down the connection) and without creating another account with my ISP? is there any hardware equipment i can purchase?

External IP’s are assigned by your ISP. Some ISP’s have the ability to give you “blocks” of external IP addresses, some do not.
There is always a charge for this. Often you have to switch to a “business class” connection, which is some cases is 2 to 3 times the cost of a “home” user connection.
I’ve seen the charge for multiple external IP addresses as low as $10 a month, and as high as $100 extra a month.

you do not need to purchase any hardware.
just buy ip address( i think that’s bad idea, it will cast you more).
or buy three different connection from ISP(it will also cast u).
i do not understand why Proxy server will slow your connection?(let say ISA,i will suggest you make few access rules ,because if you make more access rules on it ,it will check each one and filter and for sure it will slow down connection, with Proxy you can have cache facility and much more, well choice is yours).
