You should try the Yahoo user groups. There are many out there. Some specialize in the cameras (I belong to an Olympus user group) if your looking more for information on taking pictures, and other specialize in imaging software (I also belong to a Photoshop group) that specialize in digital image developing and printing.
Once you find a group that suits you there are forums to ask questions and links in each group that can direct you to tutorial sites.

http://www.betterphoto.com has tutorial classes for you to take and I think even GRADUATE from it online…lol. But please check this site out, its AWESOME!

I just Googled ‘photography tutorial’ and found several.
photoxels.com has several cambridgeincolor.com has some. Look around, you’ll find more.
If you are just getting into digital photography, you might find you spend more time learning Photoshop (or another photo-editing program), than the actual photography. Quite a bit of the artistic work is done in the ‘darkroom’.
