Is There A Free Software Out There To Read Decibel Levels?
I need help finding a free software out there to read the decibels level of my car system. i have 2 massive subs and i want to know the db level.

All I can say is, good luck, you probably won’t find one.
Like MDC said, a cheap one will do.
I doubt you will find anything. At least not anything legal. The programs used to measure db can cost hundreds of dollars. That doesn’t even include the microphone you would need to use to hook up to it. That would also cost a great deal of money.
Your best bet is going to go to radio shack and getting one of there meters. I know you didn’t want to buy anything but that is almost a must to figure out the db of your system. The meters at radio shack will only read up to like 120db or so plus they are not that accurate.
What you could also consider trying is going to a local car stereo shop. Some of those shops may possibly have one that you could use.
it’s a meter son.you can’t download software to check for underground electricity can you?You need the actual meter which will be either audio control or termpro.It’s like trying to use skype with no microphone.Like they said,let a car audio dealer test it for you or enter a sound off and see your score.Hope this helps
