I’m getting an AdSense account (my application still needs to be reviewed). I was wondering, does anyone know on average what one click on an advertisement on YouTube would give me?

  1. The best place to put contextual ad is to put half-banner ad just below the video. this placement works for pictures too.
It is tough to calculate how much because it depends on the competition for those particular keywords but at average my guesstimate is that you can expect around 15 cents per click at the beginning.

  2. Depends on many factors of your site, because the advertisers bid on the advertising space each time the page is loaded.
You could make anywhere between $.05 and $.50 per click, you’ll have to wait and find out.

  3. Hi,
Before I answer this question for you about the adsense program I suggest you goto ==> http://ebizac.com/x/t.php/4268
You will find all the tips and secrets needed to really strike it rich on line using the adwords system..
    Now to answer your question…
    This amount varies greatly.
I’ll answer this question for you, but you must first understand the relationship between adwords and adsense. The ads that pay the most for adsense are typically the keywords that cost the most on adwords.
    What is Google Adwords?
Google AdWords is a quick and simple way to purchase highly targeted cost-per-click (CPC) advertising, regardless of your budget. AdWords ads are displayed along with search results on Google, as well as on search and content sites in our growing ad network, including AOL, EarthLink, HowStuffWorks, & Blogger. With more than 200 million searches on Google each day and even more searches and page views on our ad network, your Google AdWords ads reach a vast audience.
When you create a Google AdWords ad, you choose keywords for which your ad will appear and specify the maximum amount you’re willing to pay for each click. You only pay when someone clicks on your ad. To save you even more money, the AdWords Discounter automatically reduces the actual CPC you pay to the lowest cost needed to maintain your ad’s position on the results page.
    What is Google Adsense?
Google AdSense is a fast and easy way for website publishers of all sizes to display relevant, text-based, un-obtrusive Google AdWords™ ads on their website’s content pages and earn money. Because the ads are related to what your users are looking for on your site, you’ll finally have a way to both monetize and enhance your content pages.
How does Google target ads to my website?
Simply put, Google provides you with AdSense HTML ad code to place on the web pages on which you want to display AdWords ads. Then, they take care of the rest by leveraging award-winning and proprietary Google search and page-ranking technologies to deliver relevant AdWords ads to those content pages.
Google goes beyond simple keyword matching to understand the context and content of web pages. Based on a sophisticated algorithm that includes such factors as keyword analysis, word frequency, font size, and the overall link structure of the web, they know what a page is about, and can precisely match Google ads to each page.
What you need to know is what keywords cost the most for the adwords program. If you know these keywords, then you can design you websites around them you maximum payouts.

  4. If you are talking of Video Ad Units wherein you show YouTube videos on your site, don’t get your hopes up. You only earn if someone clicks on the ads on top of the video, not when the video is played. The problem is that most people will watch the video, but not click on the ads.
I have used it on my sites but treat it as additional content as I am not earning anything from it. As in big fat zero.
You’re better off with Adsense for content, not video ad units

  6. Its a very difficult question to be answered……..it fluctuates a lot,few of the factors are mentioned below :
1.Number of ad units u have on a page
2.Keywords you are using, high paying keywords results higher cpc
3.The niche of your site or blog….
And there are several other factors which may count. You can get 1 cent for a click or even $2 per click……..on an avg u should expect $.10 tp $.15 per click and $5 -$12 eCPM.Joel Comm has explained in detail abt how to optimize adsense in his webinar…why dont u watch his videos u may get more ideas from there,u can find the videos here http://www.paidglobalsurveys.com/Google-... ….and apart from adsense also try other affiliate networks they definite will bring u a lot revenue.
