If you are going to use it for a mobile site, then do the Adsense for Mobile.
Login to your account --> Adsense setup --> click AdSense for Mobile --> Choose format whether single or double --> Choose markup language [wml (WAP 1.x.); xhtml (WAP 2.0);
chtml (imode, etc.)] --> Choose character encoding and colors --> Choose channels --> and then get your code
If you are using the entire complete code and the ads still won't work, check first the Adsense help center pertaining to mobile websites https://www.google.com/adsense/support/b... .
If you think you followed all the instructions, contact the Adsense support and request them to check your pages (make sure that your country is one of those approved to use Adsense for Mobile https://www.google.com/adsense/support/b... )
